I ordered three Christmas ornaments on November 16 and did not receive them! A shipping label was created awaiting shipment on November 20 and as of today, December 7, items are supposedly still awaiting pickup at a facility in California. I payed through Paypal and the items have been reported as shipped to them. However, tracking info with USPS still shows they have not been shipped. Three emails have gone unanswered and the phones are not answered - voicemail full. Very poor customer service!
I never received my item. Thank god I didn't order anything else. This is a scam. Do not waste your money.

I guess I lucked out eight times. I have made eight orders from unifury.com. I have ordered six pillows and 2 mugs.
The personalization is fantastic. The pictures look just like the real people and everyone absolutely adored their gifts.
I will say that there is no phone number that you can call to talk to anybody. However they did answer every one of my emails within two days. When I asked for a preview that they did not include on the website they did send me a preview. Most of the time the preview was right there when I ordered.
There were delivery issues twice and what I ordered did come late but it came.
They always apologized.
I adore these gifts that I bought and I would keep buying from them. I cannot imagine what happened with all of the other people who ordered and didn't get their product.

Ordered last week and was given a confirmation. Also checked to see I was charged and they have the $50. Tried to say I never ordered anything. Choose another company. PLEASE!
I had no problems everything went smooth and when my blanket arrived with a mistake on it they sent me a New one
Ordered a Christmas gift for my family (mug) which never arrived! They live in Poland and I ordered this mug 3 December I paid 48.95$ because of the transport was pretty expensive . They need to send me back my money otherwise I will report them and will be investigation!!!!
I ordered a star ornament on 12/1/20 and received it on 12/21/20. The image is cute, but it is printed on the star so that the hole to hang it on the Christmas tree is on a side point rather than on the top as it should be. I have attempted three times to to return a/o exchange the ornament. Unfury will not even acknowledge the problem never mind offer to reprint the ornament or refund my money. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Next step I make a claim with my bank and stop the nonsense!

Ordered a Xmas gift for my husband on Nov24th! Never received it and today is Newyear!
I had items ordered from Spain and China after this, and they all get delivered. How can it be? I only live 4hours flight from this place, and my item keeps going round and round in Cali.
Ordered a christmas mug for my husband back in november 2020 and the site said it would come in for xmas. Its new years now and no mug. Super annoying.
Ordered 2 items 11/23 for Xmas presents. A blanket shipped on time very happy. A mug still has not been received 12/25 so much for Xmas. Can't contact them directly. Finally received a vague email that my order was shipped. As of 12/22 it was supposedly in Las Vegas. I call BS. Great concept but will never order again. Too bad because the blanket was great.
This company has no USA presence, only a UPS drop box storefront in California. No employees to get slowed by COVID. Got billed 4 weeks ago on my MC in China, and the product not shipped from China yet. So we are cancelling with MC and they can deal with this scam. Google their address and you'll see the storefront.
I live in Arizona and my order is coming from California. My order was placed on December 4th and today is December 18th. Tracking said it was in transit on December 8th and I still have not received it. They are blaming COVID-19. There's no way to contact them except through a Contact Form of which I have submitted twice and have not received a response. I'm doubting now if I will receive my order. Very poor customer service! Will not purchase anything from them again!
Ordered on 11/23/20. Order was done in several days and has been awaiting shipping since 11/28/20. As of 12/15/20 still have not gotten it. Will not use this company again.
Ordered an ornament and artwork is sooo poor that can't distinguish names or individuals and names. Try to contact and they say "due to COVID they can't take calls or voicemails." Don't order!

Very difficult to get ahold of customer service. No one ever answered the phone.

Difficult. By email. They just send the exact same response over and over, no matter what you say.
